*An emergency fax number/e-mail address are as described below.
FAX : 06-6538-0119
E-mail:
NTT DoCoMo Mobile: osaka.shobo@i.mail-119.jp

On the fax you should state which service you require:fire or emergency medical aid, where the accident happened, fax number, your name, the patient's age and sex.
Dial 119 when emergency treatment is required for a sudden illness or accident.  Keep calm and tell the operator where the accident happened, your name and phone number.  If you call from a mobile phone or PHS, make sure to check where you are.  On driving a car, pull over to a safe area, call 119 and keep the mobile phone or PHS switched on for a while.  The ambulance attendant carries a checklist of symptoms written in 15 languages.  Please comply if the ambulance attendant asks you for assistance in caring for someone in distress.
