•Applying for Gas Service
When you move into your new residence, inform Osaka Gas Co., Ltd. Customer Center, the head
office or the designated store (service shop etc.)of beginning the service by phone or internet
(see the website below) with your name, address, phone number as well as the customer ID number
attached to your entrance door. A service representative will visit your home to turn on the gas supply with your presence after checking gas installation.

•Paying Your
Gas Bill
Your gas bill is calculated from the monthly meter reading.
You can pay your bill at a financial institution, or convenience
store with a payment form issued by Osaka Gas Co., Ltd.
Alternatively, you can pay by automatic transfer through
your bank or postal account.
•Discontinuing
Gas Service
Before you move out, notify in advance Osaka Gas Co., Ltd. Customer Center, or the nearest
business office of your cancellation date. On the day of moving out, a service staff member
will visi your residence to turn off the gas supply and settle your bill. Notification of such
cancellation is internet accessible.
